Client Brief
Kneat enable organisations to move from paper-based validation to intelligent, digitized, paperless solutions. With their European offices and headquarters in Ireland, and support offices in the USA and Canada, Kneat continue to increase their global workforce. As part of their initiative to attract and retain a highly talented workforce, Kneat wanted to welcome new employees onboard with company branded onboarding packs. Choosing a partner that offered sustainable promotional products, storage & fulfilment facilities, and strong GDPR credentials, were paramount to Kneat.
Our Solution
We recommended practical and sustainable promotional products that suited our client’s brand and colours. The Kneat welcome pack includes the Bobby Hero Antitheft Backpack, made from R-pet materials and AWARE™ tracer. With AWARE™, the use of genuine recycled fabric materials and water reduction impact claims are guaranteed. Each Bobby Hero XL saves 21 litres of water and reuses 35 plastic bottles. Kneat selected the borosilicate glass bottle with bamboo screw-on lid and the double wall air-insulated borosilicate glass travel cup with bamboo lid. Their wish list also included a notebook wallet, which we delivered with the Biodegradable Notebook Wallet, with 100% recycled and replaceable notebook insert. We recommended FARE umbrellas and Senator pens for their quality, German design and supplier sustainability credentials.
Order Fulfilment
Selected products were tastefully branded with the Kneat logo. Artwork was approved to ensure compliance with their brand guidelines. Orders were processed and Kneat merchandise received into our secure warehouse in Limerick, where it is stored and dispatched as required. We ensure all deliveries are correct and checked for quality. We also receive deliveries onto our stock management system, which monitors stock levels on behalf of our clients. Gift Innovations are notified when new employees join Kneat, and we dispatch the welcome packs worldwide, on their behalf. We take data privacy seriously for all our clients. We ensure that data is received and stored securely and deleted within agreed timelines.
