Circle K Christmas Packs
Client Brief
Circle K is Ireland’s leading forecourt and convenience retailer, with sites across the island of Ireland, and a growing workforce of over 2000 employees. During the Covid 19 Pandemic, their services were considered ‘essential services’ which were vital to the community. At the end of 2020, Circle K wanted to recognise the hard work and dedication of employees who continued to work in challenging conditions, throughout the first year of the pandemic. They wanted to show appreciation to frontline workers, in their forecourts, with a special Circle K Christmas gift.
Our Solution
Circle K were keen to send a token of appreciation to employees, that included their branding and message. A voucher with a monetary value could never convey the enormity of their gratitude. So, we got to work proposing a selection of gifts and goodies to include in their branded appreciation packs. The client agreed on a mixture of phone accessories and Irish made gifts and goodies. The popular Pop Socket and handy credit card power bank looked great with the Circle K standalone logo. The pack also included a wooden Christmas decoration and chocolate fudge, hand-made in Ireland. All the items were packed into bespoke, bright red Circle K boxes, perfect for Christmas, and included a branded postcard with their festive message.
Order Fulfilment
With packs to deliver to over 1800 employees in over 160 locations nationwide, our crew were busy in our warehouse, assembling the packs and checking our lists (twice!). We agreed on a date to deliver the packs to the various locations, and for the store managers to distribute gifts to employees. To build excitement and anticipation around this event, we included Golden Tickets in random packs, which allowed the lucky winners to claim a further gift. Circle K promoted the arrival of the Christmas gifts, and the Willy Wonka style golden tickets, on their internal communications platforms. There was great excitement and jubilation when the packs were handed out to employees.
