Scorebuddy – Sales Kickoff Event
Client Brief
Scorebuddy is a market-leading contact center quality assurance (QA) solution that uses embedded AI to improve operational efficiency, drive agent engagement, and uncover actionable insights. Scorebuddy’s advanced reporting and analytics tools identify trends and patterns in QA data, uncovering actionable insights for organizations. Scorebuddy was hosting a kick-off event for their sales team and needed to source a gift pack to welcome employees to the meeting. They wanted to include high-quality, practical items that would showcase their logo and brand colours. As a software company, they also wanted to include a tech gift in the packs.

Our Solution
We thrive on collaborating with organisations like Scorebuddy that have a clear brand identity and strong values. Scorebuddy shared their brand guidelines with us, which served as a rich source of inspiration. We recommended high-quality items that complemented their brand colours. The Chilly’s Series 2 350ml cup and 500ml bottle in black looked stunning with their full engraved logo. Scorebuddy use multiple logo variants to enhance the overall visual impact of the brand. We selected the stacked logo for products that required the logo to fit within a square format, such as the wireless phone charger. The black notebook was ideal for logo debossing and the red accents enhanced the brand visibility.
Order Fulfilment
We presented various product options to our client with recommended branding techniques. After the client selected the items and approved the artwork designs, their order was processed, and delivery dates were confirmed. We received the products at our warehouse in Limerick where each item and its branding was quality checked. The packs were assembled and the items fit neatly into the branded presentation boxes. We included tissue paper and a branded A6 postcard with a message in each pack. The packs were delivered to Scorebuddy offices in plenty of time for the kick-off event and were ready to present to the sales team.Â
